Marc Preston

Marc's extensive background with handguns and carbines began when he took an NRA sponsored class at the young age of 8 - he has not put either weapon down since. During his career in the USMC, Marc worked within the reconnaissance community, traveled the world, and received extensive training with all types of weapons used in the performance of his duties. He extended his certifications to personal protection/private security and his experience includes having traveled internationally with clients in all types of environments and having protected Foreign Royalty, US Diplomats and some of the highest ranked CEOs of fortune 500 companies.

Marc now lives in Vermont where he is the owner/operator of MPI Investigations, a private detective agency, conducting both criminal and civil investigations.

Marc is instructor certified with most handguns used in personal protection along with the use of carbines in self defense, instructor qualified in M.O.A.B. training, US State Department trained in driving in high threat environments, has attended both the VT and NH police academies along with a host of other qualifications pertaining to self defense within personal and professional ranks. Marc is very proud to pass his 30 plus years of training along to his students at VFS
